I have headaches everyday. That usually start in the afternoon and don't abate until I take 2 tylenol. I have been treated for HBP since I was 19 years old, Many times the headaches is brought on by a cough or sneeze. These headaches are initally very painful but lessen in acute pain to a mild headache.
I have had an MRI - basically showing scar tissue in the sinus where i had surgery in 1998. There was also a benign bump.
I was also when to my ENT - results where negative.
At that time 2013 I was experiencing dizziness as well as headache.
I was taking Lotrel 5/10 mg twice a day. this was not holding
my blood pressure which was 142/98.
He switched me to take 2 Lotrels in the morning only. I still get the headaches in the afternoon - although the intensity is less. I take any number of other medicines, including;Flomax,
Omeprazole, Trazodone, Lorazepam, BOTOX injections for 20 years,
WHere do I go from here?
Quite smoking 3 years - after 10 years of smoking.
I am 72 years old and am Male
