chocolate candy migraine trigger
by: Anonymous

I beg to differ when you told this woman that chocolate DOESN'T cause migraines.
I beg to differ.
Although it is true that migraine is not caused by just one single thing, chocolate CAN and DOES act as one of the triggers IF she she has a sensitivity to nuts ( as chocolate may be made in plant that processes peanuts)
I know I am sensitive to nuts.
Once I had a nice chocolate Dove ice-cream bar and got a migraine.
Looked at the ingred and it said coconut oil...isn't coconut a nut?
Have to read lables no matter WHAT the food is.
