This past week has been filled with people rushing to my office and headaches are worsening.

Many times I found vitamins dropped off the radar due to rushing around in the mornings, exercise has gone out the window, and every single person admitted they had not taken any time off this holiday to shop, prepare, or generally just have some fun!!
