new dx complex migraine s/p CVA
i am two years s/p lt occipital lobe CVA. I regained 99% function and now back to work as an ICU RN. I have a hx of 2 weeks headache with lt sided heaviness, feeling like I am walking in another atmosphere and lt side " giving out' I went to my GP who admitted me for tests and got this dx with a very rough nite last nite.
With my hx + the following: Plummers disease with ablation on synthroid, IST, TAH, with lab results that very- 1 + ANA then - ANA, high anticardiolypin ab then neg and eleavated sed rates again high then down- what should I be looking at/for? We all are very confused, even my docs says I am a puzzle.
Yes you sound like complex or complicated migraine. But more information is needed..how old are you? Any history of smoking? Any visual symptoms before/during/after a migraine?
Antiphospholipid antibody syndrome comes to mind, but without more information, it could be something different. If you could reply with a little more info, maybe I could answer.
