Headache

i always have headache and i always need a pain killer for it, its getting too much now. how can it be stopped?

Without more information it is difficult to give you an answer.

I would suggest you start with a neurologist who has experience in headaches. You do not say where you are located (China is kind of big!) so start with a local doctor.
