I also have frequent headaches immediately during or following orgasm. They're cluster headaches that travel around my head. It's a different pattern each time but definitely a traveling pain from front to back, or back to front around the side. It's unfortunate, but good to know that this isn't uncommon.

Sorry to hear this! Keep in mind that cluster headaches are a totally different type of headache from coital headaches. Many of my patients do describe their headaches as coming in "clusters" which could be what is happening to you.
