New Year-New Headaches
The list goes on and on doesn't it? I personally make only one or two goals per year. And then revise them as time goes on! One is to keep working on this site which has really taken off thanks to the Ask The Expert page. Many people from the US and several different countries have written in with questions about their headaches and how to manage them.
Even my fibro patients have been able to start swimming as long as the pool is somewhat heated to avoid spasms in cold water. Think about food items as migraine triggers. Keep a diary for 3 months to figure out which migraine food triggers you should avoid.
